She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Smith; her mother Ida Pearl Erwin; her brother Tom Althouse (Norma); and her niece Barbara Althouse. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Kellogg (Tim) of Lewis Center; her grandchildren, Charlie, Kate and Kara Kellogg; and her nieces, Sharon Pennington and Cyndi Cejka.
