Christopher M. Mahler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024, at the age of 63, Christopher M. Mahler (Columbus, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mahler and Clara Mahler; his parents-in-law, Robert and Frances Greely; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Greely and Dan Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Beth (Greely); his children, Bridget (Mike), Coleman (Kate) and Carl (Mariam); his grandchildren, Ray and Maeve; his siblings, Marilyn, Jane (Frank), Bob (Debbie), Paul (Sue), Joe (Diana), Alice and Bill; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy and Linda (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Egan - Ryan Northwest Chapel (4661 Kenny Rd, Columbus, OH 43220). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (414 E N Broadway, Columbus, OH 43214).
In lieu of flowers, please contribute in Chris's memory to the James Cancer Hospital Bone Marrow Transplant Program, Fund #305404 (Contributions can also be made via check payable to "The James" and mailed to: The OSU Foundation, PO Box 736096, Chicago IL, 60673-6096) or to the Immaculate Conception St. Vincent de Paul Society.
