He is survived by: his children, Amanda, Kimberly, John and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Tristan, Kira, Greyson, Tirzah and William; his siblings, Glenwood (Elaine), Tracy (Teresa) and Virginia; his former wife Diane; and his friend Dave Campbell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
