He was predeceased by: his cousin Christopher Ellis Sr.; his mother Diana Williams; his daughter Charlize'Ellis; his uncle Michael Ellis Sr.; his grandfather Johnnie B. Ellis; his aunt Sharon Ellis-Brown; his uncle Jeffrey Ellis Sr.; and his grandmother Betty Williams Patton.
He is survived by: his children, Porshea Crowder, Charles Ellis Jr., Paris Ellis and Brayden Williams-Ellis; his grandson Breeze Ellis; his aunt Joni Mason; and his cousins, TaMica Brown, Ashley Mason and Azia Mason McGrady.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Service (1370 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43205). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213).
