She was predeceased by: her mother Katherine Fox of Cleveland, Ohio.; her sisters, Mary, Concettina and Grace; her daughter Claire T. Dot; her niece Barbie Bendekovic; and her stepsisters, Louisa Trunkett, Dolly Liberty (Tony Ciacchi) and Chris Ciacchi (Donald Ciacchi).
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Andrea), Katherine Blake, Thomas (Sharie), James and David (Kim); her stepbrother Paul "Junior" Ciacchi; her nieces and nephews, Sharon Bell, Lynn Burnett (Steve), Pam Daynor, Richard Bell (Celene) and John Bendekovic (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Stephanie, Aaron, Alesha, Tore, Tiffany, Tyler, Amelia, Adelle, Buck, Gianna, Ianna, Bronson, Rowan, Theodore, Archer, Dean and Josiah.
