She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Rigsby and Effie Jane Rigsby (Eggers). She is survived by: her siblings, James Rigsby, Kimberly Rigsby and Mary Ellen Rigsby; her husband Robert C. White; her daughter Tracey Downey; and her siblings, Kathy Hammond (Walter) and Gary Rigsby (Mickie).
