Lowy; her stepchildren, Lauren Miller (Brian) and Steven Lowy (Jusilene); her siblings, Bradley Bartter (Suk), Barbara Bartter and Kenneth Bartter (Sharon); and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Rheinschmidt (Michael), Cristin Kampsnider (Michael), Derrick Bartter (Ginny), Michael Bartter, Isabelle Bartter, Evan Bartter, Elizabeth Bartter, Judith Huff and Joe Huff.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (444 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215). Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Carol Lowy's Residence.
