As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carol may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Hixon; her daughter Dannielle Rowe; and her brothers, Dale and David. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Rowe (Julie), Tonya Castel (Mark), Julia Rowe and Carneil Rowe; and her mother Leona Woodard. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses.
