Pennington; her brother Steve Fields of Long Beach, CA; her nephews, George Francis (Renae) of Oklahoma City, OK, David Francis (Andrea) of Gilbert, AZ, Christopher Francis (Melissa) of Bloomington, IN and Nicholas Pennington (Delores) of Cincinnati, OH; her daughters, Catche Worsham (Gregory) of Stillwater, OK and Dionne Pennington of Cleveland, OH.; and her pet Doyle.

“I am sorry to hear that Carol died. I just found out while I was on the Golf course. Les called and told me he got a notification from Face book. I wish I had know she was sick I would like to have talked to her one more time. The two of us where so close in age. I will be 77 in August. I will say prayer's for her as I know she would for me.
