He was predeceased by: his father Carl W. Vance, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline R. Vance; his children, Danny Foreman (Stacey), Lynn Hall, Carl W. Vance, III (Sara), Paul Vance (Garima) and Adam Vance; his mother Catherine "Katie" Linley (Thomas); and his brother Gene Vance (Suella). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
