He is survived by: his children, Shelley Russell, Krisha Russell (James) and Cary Point; and his siblings, Deborah Russell-Miller, Allen Russell, Jr., Mathis Russell, George Russell, Gloria Russell, Delores Russell and James Russell, Sr.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
