He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Osborne (Carroll); his daughter Annie Alfman; his son-in-law Justin Alfman; his wife Vicki Osborne; his stepson Michael Wright; his brother Steven Osborne; his grandchildren, Hunter, Baylor, Brayleigh Alfman and Maxwell Wright; his nieces and nephews, Justin, Patrisha Osborne, Matthew Osborne, Eric, Lindsay Osborne, Sarah and Jordan Shook; his aunts and uncles, Jack (Patrisha Lewis), Judy (Sandy Young), Forbes (Sherri Carroll), Linda (Phillip Bechtohl), Robert (Delores Carroll), Kay Dunfee, Mabel Hart and Thelma Greathouse; and his great-aunt Virginia Carroll. He is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews.
