He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Wilkey, and Colleen Wilkey, Sr.; and his sister Teresa Wilkey Allen. He is survived by: his siblings, JoAnn Dunlop (Harold) of Jacksonville, NC, Joe Wilkey II (Carole) of Cambridge, OH and Carolyn Wilkey of Raleigh, NC.; and his extended family, Russell Houck and Harold Tyson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
