He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Kurtz and Tamara Kurtz; his daughter Jenna Lynne Kurtz; his siblings, Shelby Levinson (Larry) and Larry Kurtz; and his grandparents, Shirley and Jesse Greene. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends.
