He is survived by: his wife Janice (Oliver); his daughters, Christine (Anthony Smith) and Stacie (Todd Ferrell); his grandchildren, Tyler, Katie Smith, Darby Smith, Zachary Erwin, Kaitlyn, Nate Algar and AJ Ferrell; his great grandchildren, Fox and Phinneas Algar; his pets, Gunner Smith and Buttercup Ferrell; his siblings, Hershel Erwin (Lucille), Bruce Erwin (Pat), Van, Jr. Erwin (Earlene), Doug Erwin (Karen), Scott Erwin (Anita), Toni Rose Cozmyk (Michael) and Donna Sue Simpkins (Ira); and his siblings-in-law, Gary (Cyndi Oliver) and Sheila Erwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
