She was predeceased by: her spouse James E. Cates, Jr.; her parent Clara Sr.; and her sibling Ruth Schuckman (Bob). She is survived by: her children, Judy Colley (Bruce) and Jim Cates (Celeste); her grandchildren, Jamie Dicken (Chris), Jennifer Sodo (Mark) and Joshua Colley; her great grandchildren, Luke Dicken and Matthew Dicken; her parent Frank Ellert, Sr.; her siblings, Robert Ellert (Jean), Rita Wheatley (George) and Frank Ellert, Jr.; and her sibling-in-law Jo Ann Ellert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
