With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beryl Schottenstein of Columbus, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM. A shiva was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Home of Larry and Amy Schottenstein (5043 Notting Hill Dr, New Albany, OH 43054).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beryl's memory may be made to the Mid-Ohio Food Collective.

“This news saddens me this morning, and comes as a shock. Beryl lived in the apartment building across the street from my office. I often saw her coming and going over the past 12 years. She always took time to say hello and share a little news from the neighborhood. I have had the pleasure of knowing a lot of crazy nuts in my life, and Beryl was one of my favorite; and I use the term “nut” with love. I admire her strength and positivity, and common sense.”
