He was predeceased by : his parents, Arletta McGill and Clifford Patrick II; and his brothers, Clifford Patrick III and Phillip Patrick, Sr.. He is survived by : his son Anthony "Lil Tony" Bosley; and his siblings, Christopher Patrick, Kevin "Peanut" Williamson, Crystal Hunter and Darrell Lowrey. He is also survived by aunts and uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar East Chapel (5456 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

“My sympathy goes out to the Patrick Family. There are no words that can explain how I feel when a friend like Tony passes away. Tony was like a brother to me growing up. We played youth and high school football together for the Mohawk Raiders and Mohawk Indians. Tony and his late brother Phillip were both exceptional athletes.
