He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Chapman and Shirley Chapman; his son Jonathan Nickles; his siblings, Scottie Chapman and Juanita Chapman; and his nephew Brian Swank.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Chapman; his sons, Anthony Chapman Jr., Zachary Chapman and Cooper Chapman; his grandchildren, Layne, Manley and Emma; and also, Cindy, Jim Johnson, Frank Jr., Sis Chapman, Frankie, Liz Chapman, Shirley Prom, Tammy, Buddy Centner and Tonya Purcell.
