With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Jacobs in Columbus, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mullen and Anna Mullen (Carney); and her siblings, Frank, William Mullen, Rita Fagan, Colleta Slivka and Catherine Marsden.
She is survived by: her husband Irvin "Skup" Jacobs; her children, Anne Varga of Columbus, Michael Jacobs of Columbus, Mary Pat Stine (Rick) of Cincinnati, Joe "Jake" Jacobs (Tammy) of Boardman and Betsy DeNiro (John) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Katie Varga, Colleen Ross (Ryan), Maggie Byrne (Glen), Sam Jacobs (Lauren), Pete Jacobs (Lacey), Liz Stine, Catherine Stine, Rachel Stine, Michael Jacobs, Max Jacobs (Erin), Danny DeNiro (Becca), Tess Kurth (Danny) and Kelly Warmbrodt (Ian); her sister-in-law Buzzy Mullen; and her cousins, Tom and Mary Rita Carney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in her memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
