He is survived by: his spouse Patricia; his children, Debbie Tomblin (Roger), Pam McDonnell (Bill Williams), Sandy Stone (Larry), Debbie Leisure (Terry), Cathy Davis (Roger), Suzie Max (Mark) and Rick Prushing (Julie); and his brother John Prushing (Ronda). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
