She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Joseph Slappy and Ida Mae Slappy; her siblings, John Slappy, Joseph Slappy Jr., Margret Fisher, Loretta Slappy and Wortise Slappy Carroll; and her parents-in-law, Cecil Williams Sr. and Maggie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Maurice (Tracy), Cherilyn Marie and Cevin Thomas Williams; her husband Cecil Thomas; her siblings, Janice and Steven Slappy of Memphis, TN.; her sister-in-law Drema Slappy; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Willis, Tyyanna, Tywanna, Christyiuna, Chrishawn, Tyshonna, Tylanna, Tristan, Caiyah, Manaih, Johnathan, Brianna and Aaron Williams.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the James' Funeral Service (600 Frebis Ave, Columbus, OH 43206). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glen Rest Memorial (8029 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068).
