He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley R. Miller Sr. and Rosalda Miller (King); his wife LaDonna Belle Miller (Layton); his son Terry O. Miller (Gloria); his siblings, Stanley Roger Miller II and Esther Eckenwiler; and his brother-in-law Waldo Lynn Eckenwiler.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Miller (Janis) of Willoughby Hills and Sherri L. Schnipke (Lavern) of Bluffton; his daughter-in-law Gloria Miller of Cairo; and his sister-in-law Doris Miller of Cairo. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
