It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stella Loyce Marie (Ply) Plaugher (Columbus Grove, Ohio), who passed away on June 18, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Jacob and Beulah Stella Ply (Edwards); her children, Steven Ray Hill (Trish), David Ernest Hill (Carol), Susan Lois Pawlak (Terry) and Julie Kay Fannin (Chris); and her sister Rosalee Lucille Gray. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
