He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otto Dolt and Sharon K. Dolt (Wilcox); his wife Sharon Kay Dolt; and his son Greg Allen Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Keith Lewis, Bobby Tacket (Becky Kaiser) and Patricia Strunk; his nieces and nephews, Tasha Hollar, Danny Strunk, Keith Lewis, Jr., Thomas Williams and Carrie Reser; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Serenity Brady, Jenna Potter, Cameron Strunk, Maria Lewis and Summer Koepe.
