He is survived by: his parents, John Alton and Delores Welch (Lampson); his wife Kathleen Verhoff; his siblings, Raymond Yinger and Tina Tucker (Randy); his children, Walter Woodruff (Karen), Richard Woodruff, Jasmine Morman (Tylor), Alton Tanner Yinger and Kyrah Yinger (Jacob Patterson); his daughter-in-law Lynnann Fuller; and his grandchildren, Donovan, Matthew, Zoey, Logan, Lincoln, Hayes, Nixon, Kiersten, Einsly, Jaylin and Alaina. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
