It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Steffen (Columbus Grove, Ohio), born in Pandora, Ohio, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lenard Steffen and Ruth Steffen (Basinger); his father-in-law Joseph Ruen; and his brother-in-law Andy Ruen. He is survived by : his wife Lori A. Ruen; his brother Gary Steffen (Nancy) of Pandora; his mother-in-law Joann Ruen; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Ruen, Jerry Ruen (Vickie), Jack Ruen (Kay) and Lisa Meuleman (Dennis) of Columbus Grove.
