He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar S. Vogt, Sr. and Virginia Vogt (White); his son Michael Turner; and his sisters, Donna Ray Vogt and Donna Kay Vogt.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta M. Krontz; his great grandchild Aryanna; his sons, Jeffery and Douglas Lambert; and his siblings, Michael Vogt (Nancy), Robert Vogt (Koneta), Terry Baringer, Cathy Vogt and Linda Vogt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren.
