He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde "Jay" McKanna and Ruby McKanna (Bridenbaugh); and his grandson Ian McKanna. He is survived by: his sons, Bruce McKanna (Katie) of Mt. Morris, IL, Brent McKanna (Melissa) of Austin, TX and Brian McKanna (Kami) of Columbus Grove; his siblings, Jon McKanna (Linda), Don McKanna (Audrey), Scott McKanna (Pam), Jennie Good (Gary), Joe McKanna (Jayne) and Jule McKanna; his brothers-in-law, Ken Wright (Jean) and Dale Wright (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Jack, Andrew, Ethan, Ella, Eric (Faith), Chelsea and Clara.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Church (210 S High St, Columbus Grove, OH 45830).
