He is survived by: his parents, Janet Sue Slechter and Don Edward Pack; his children, Jonathon Pack (Karennina) of Mechanicsburg, OH, Johanna Kimmel (Kyle) of Mechanicsburg, OH and Alyssa Wallace (Thayer) of Portsmouth, OH; his grandchildren, Dmitri, Hailey, Nadia, Lyla Pack, Lincoln, Brynn, Juliette Kimmel, Everleigh, Toren and Ledger Wallace; and his sisters, Cherie Bryant of Vinita, OK. and Kimberly Pack of Vinita, OK.. He is also survived by his family and friends, going on cruises with his wife, and camping with his kids and grandkids.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital.
