She is survived by: her spouse Carl Dugger; her daughters, Tamela Adkins of Alger and Lisa Jefferson of Lima; her siblings, Gary Adkins of Lima and Cindy Harrah of Brimfield, OH; her brother-in-law Larry Phalen of Kalida; her grandchildren, Andrea (Jay), Kylie, Kelsie, Demetrius, Makaela, Camryn, Ashtyn and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Ava, Sawyer, Silas and Amelia; and her friend Doreen Picklesimer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
