She is survived by: her husband John Hoffman; her children, Todd Hoffman (Dee Dee) of Columbus Grove and Amy Carder (Bill) of Lima; her brothers, James Wurst (Sharon), Jack Wurst (Terrie) and Mike Wurst; her grandchildren, Blake Hoffman (Deanna), Brooke Hoffman (Dylan Thitoff), Blaine Hoffman, Brock Hoffman, Breanna Hoffman, Caleb Bacome, Natalie Harford (Ryan) and Bailey Carder; her great grandchild Lakelyn Hoffman; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Kohls and Marilyn Allen (Mike).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartman Sons Funeral Home (10879 OH-12, Columbus Grove, OH 45830). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Anthony's Catholic Church (518 W Sycamore St, Columbus Grove, OH 45830).
