Karl Hoffman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karl Hoffman of Columbus Grove, Ohio, born in Ottawa, Ohio, who passed away on September 30, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence H. Hoffman and Lena R. Hoffman (Becker); his daughter Pamela S. Emans; his great grandchild Memphis Schroeder; and his siblings, Dolores Meyer, Robert and Oscar Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Rose De John; his children, David Hoffman (Carol) of Columbus Grove and Mary Ann Hicks (Scott) of Lima; his grandchildren, Stuart Schroeder of Lima, Nick Schroeder (Jackie) of Findlay, Elliott Schroeder (Mary) of Findlay, Alex Schroeder (Brittany) of Findlay, Clinton Schroeder (Chrissy) of Findlay, Abigail Bishop (Mack) of Lima, Ali Gilgenbach (Nick) of Columbus Grove, Travis Davidson of Lima, Dominique Brown and Lowell Brown; and his sister Mary Louise Shilling of Fairfield Glades, TN.. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.

In regards to COVID 19, the family is asking that you please wear a mask during visitation and the funeral.
