She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Ted" Clevidence and Loretta Clevidence (Anderson); and her husband Donald N. Hoyt of Columbus Grove. She is survived by: her sons, Michael D Hoyt of Lima and Steven A. Hoyt (Rita) of Columbus, Ohio.; her sisters, Rita Schmutz (Roy) of Columbus Grove and Cathy Walker (Raymond) of Thailand; and her grandsons, Jeremy Hoyt (Cara), Nathaniel Hoyt (Krista) and Anthony Hoyt (Katie). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; plus numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Columbus Grove Volunteer Fire Department, 105 S. Main Street, Columbus Grove, Ohio 45830 or to Bridge Hospice, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay, Ohio 45840.
