He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald L. "Spook" and Janice P. Weaver (Wagner); and his brother Greg Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Jason A. Weaver (Krista) of Dandridge, TN, Aaron M. Weaver (Heather) of Port Wentworth, GA, Jon T. Weaver (Ashley) of Elmwood, WI, Katie M. Bush (Jeff) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Heather R. Magana (David) of Lima, OH and Garret L. Weaver of Knoxville, TN; and his siblings, Grant A. Weaver of Enon, OH and Gwen Weaver (Gary) of Dandridge, TN.
