He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lewis and Edith Lewis (Line). He is survived by: his wife Helen Ramsey; his daughters, Cindy Lamb of Lima, Peggy Whited (Jim) of Lima and Jennifer Faris (Gary) of Elida; his sisters, Jean Miller, Dolores "Dee" Zierten and Norma Rigden; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Schumacher (Martin), Shirley Johnston and Alice Wiswasser. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
