She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Wert and Helen Wert (Crom); her daughter Debra; and her sister Mary Lou Howe. She is survived by: her husband John R. Smith; her daughters, Denise Smith and Becky Timmons (Tom); her grandchildren, Kim Caton, Chadd Caton, AJ Euckert and Mindy Euckert; her great grandchildren, Ryan Harrison and Lily Southard; and her sister Jean Best.
