He is survived by: his wife Nicole Fortman (Pitney); his children, Haley McVicker (Matt), James Fortman (Kimberly), Katelind Fortman and Austin Hoyt (Alexis); his grandchildren, Isla, Killian, Declan McVicker, Olivia, Jaxon, Paisley and Trenton Hoyt; and his siblings, Eric Fortman (Stephanie), Chris Fortman (Deb Langhals), Wendy Fortman, Leslie Smith (Jim) and Gretchen Staley (Tim).
