He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel McDougle and Ella McDougle (Taylor); his sons, Dennis, Terry and Gary McDougle; and his siblings, Helen Dilts, Doris McDougle, Donna McDougle, Golda Insley, Zelma Near, Helen Dilto, Florence Rangel, Clarence, Albert, Floyd, Ray, Robert, Lawrence and Kenneth McDougle.
He is survived by: his wife Neva Jane Wood; his children, Karen Marshall (Marty) and Greg McDougle; his brother Harold McDougle; and his daughters-in-law, Cathy McDougle and Pat McDougle. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
