She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Krietemeyer and Mary Krietemeyer (Brinkman); her daughter Bernice Korte (Paul); her son-in-law William Schmitz; her siblings, Leonard Krietemeyer (Julitta), Emma Schroeder (Alphonse) and Cecilia Schroeder (Joe); and her grandson-in-law Mike Chandler.
She is survived by: her husband James Hoffman; her daughters, Clarine Schmitz and Mary Ann Reese (Doug); and her grandchildren, Jim Korte, Rose Stechschulte (Gary), Dennis Korte (Bev), Jane Schlegel (Kerry), Robert Korte, Lisa Yearling (Jack), Steve Korte, Carol Schmitz, Alan Schmitz, Roger Schmitz (Joy), John Schmitz (Amanda), Amanda Crockett (Steve), Abby Kerber (Chris) and Stacy Frappier (Steve). She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Anthony Catholic Church, Putnam County Hospice or Putnam County Council on Aging.
