She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Rambo and Mildred Mansell Rambo; her husband William Arthur Rapp, Sr.; her siblings, Martha Ann Mackall, John H. Rambo, James C. Rambo and Robert Lee Rambo; her grandson Billy Rapp; and her great grandchild Timothy Walton.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Greenamyer (Bob) of North Lima, William Rapp Jr. (Peggy) of Sebring, OH, Terry Anderson (Ronald "Ron") of Columbiana and Jack Rapp (Cheryl) of Columbiana; and her sister Mildred "Peg" Howell of Ashland, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wilma's memory to a charity of the donors choosing.
