He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Scyoc and Ida Mae Scyoc (Yoho); his brother Benton; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Scyoc, Linda Scyoc and Paul Carl; and his sister Inez "Sue" Crihfield.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Lynn (Newlen); his sons, William F. Scyoc II (Anessa) of Youngstown and David M. Scyoc (Jesse) of Salem; his grandchildren, Brooke Shaffer (Alan), David M. Scyoc II, Peyton R. Scyoc, Ira B. Scyoc (Buck), William "Billy" Scyoc III, Shelby Dye (Jason) and Sarah Scyoc; and his siblings, Eddie Scyoc of Salem, Earl Scyoc (Linda) of Lisbon, David Scyoc (Debbie) of Leetonia, Olive Carl, Jim Scyoc, Shirley Morris (Anthony), Sharon Scyoc (Mark Cole) and Cheryl Hillberry (Chris). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
