He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hilda Johnson Salmen Blackburn and Ed Blackburn; his wife Nora Guiler; his children, Steve (Debbie), Joe (Sherry) and Sara Clarke (Bill); his grandchildren, Jonathan Salmen, Stacey Montini (Jake), Justin Salmen (Kate) and Natasha Salmen; his great grandchildren, Violet Salmen, Juniper Salmen and Brock Montini; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Guiler and Helen Guiler.
The family requests donations be made in Bill's name to the Leetonia Sportsman's Charities, PO Box 143, Leetonia, OH 44431 for the Iron Man project.
