He was predeceased by: his parent Herman Goughenour; his brothers, James Goughenour and Fred Goughenour; and his great grandchild Summer Pitner. He is survived by: his parent Lydia Ramsell Goughenour; his wife Gladys Egolf; his children, Cynthia Pitner (Larry) of Salem, Sharon Winn (Philip) of Perkasie, PA, Sandra Pillick (Rick) of Levittown, PA, William Goughenour, Jr. (Linda) of Pleasantville, CA and Michael Goughenour (Brenda) of East Palestine; his siblings, Betty Frederick of Davidsville, PA and Robert Goughenour (Mary) of Trenton; and his sister-in-law Elsie Goughenour of Millersville, MD. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
