With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Ilene Dailey of Columbiana, Ohio, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 11, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Tuttle and Ruby Tennant Tuttle; and her sister Ellen Lemley of Waynesburg, PA.. She is survived by: her husband John F. Dailey; her children, Terri Lynn Woody (Kermit) of Marianna, PA, Stephanie D. Sebetich (Stanley) of Bentleyville, PA, Michele Houg of Bentleyville, PA, Ellen Deprill of Columbiana and Brian Richter (Petra) of Germany; and her brother Charles Tuttle of Waynesburg, PA. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
