It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Vanpelt (Columbiana, Ohio), who passed away on March 23, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Amos Snyder; her sisters, Hilda Snyder and Naomi Snyder; and her half-brother Clayton Snyder. She is survived by: her parent Catherine "Katie" Snyder (Brubaker); her husband Arthur W. Vanpelt; her sister Margaret Lehman of Salem; her niece Ruby Breneman (Ashby); her nephew Melvin Lehman; and her children, Rosanna Martin (Jerry) of Sheldon, WI, Reba, VanPelt of Columbiana, Jim (Eugenia) of Columbiana, Dwight of Columbiana, Nathan (Charlotte) of Columbiana, Lawrence (Lucy) of Columbiana, Norman (Marilyn) of Columbiana and Sam (Sheila) of Leetonia. She is also survived by nieces and four great-great nieces and nephews.
