He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon VanHorn and Ethel Allison VanHorn; his wife Ruth Irene Dotson VanHorn; and his siblings, Ruth, Violet, Joann, Patsy, Ellen and Herb.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy M. VanHorn (Annette) of Lisbon, Kerri Delo (Okley, Jr.) of Leetonia and Jason VanHorn of Salem; his grandchildren, David, Nichole, Zachary VanHorn, Joshua, Dylan, Devin Mathes, Alek, Andrew, Abbey, Austin and Aaron VanHorn; and his siblings, Gwen and Tom. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
