He is survived by: his children, Timothy Lower (Dina) of Foley, Alabama, Michael Lower (Jessica) of Foley, Alabama and Lorraine Lower of Lillian, Alabama; and his siblings, Kenneth Lower of Leetonia and Amy Mango of Columbiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
