She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Charlie" Perry. She is survived by: her significant other Mary Ann Horn; her son Gregory Rock (Mary); her grandchildren, Brittany, Rebecca, Sara, Elisa, Emma and Jacob; her siblings, Chris Perry (Michal Barquin Perry), Janice Perry and Mark T. Perry; her caregivers, Deb Oaks, Pat Windon and Diane Limpach; and also, Chuck Horn and Stacie Horn Kucalaba (Mark).
