She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Davis and Marie Davis (Klitz); her husband Wayne Urschler; her son Jeff Ray; and her brother Jim Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Brett Ray of Charlotte, NC and Brian Ray of Columbiana; her grandchildren, Nicole Marino, Shayla Barclay and Elijah Weast; her great grandchildren, Jack Marino and Sebastian Weast; and her siblings, Ann Evans, Rich Davis (Sandi) and Bob Davis.
